Supported Living Services

Independence with the support you need

At NexalHealth Care, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live as independently as possible while feeling safe, supported and valued. Our supported living services are designed to empower individuals with additional needs to lead fulfilling lives with the right support in place, at the right time.

Whether you or a loved one needs occasional guidance or ongoing day-to-day assistance, our team is here to help create a supportive, respectful and personalised environment where each person can thrive.

What Is Supported Living?

Supported living is a type of care designed for individuals who want to live independently but require varying levels of support to do so safely and confidently. This service is commonly used by people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism spectrum conditions
  • Mental health needs
  • Physical disabilities or complex needs

Unlike residential care, supported living enables people to live in their own home or in shared accommodation, with support tailored to their personal goals, lifestyle and preferences.

Our Approach to Supported Living

At NexalHealth Care, we work closely with each individual and their circle of support whether that includes family, healthcare professionals or local authorities to develop a care plan that’s both person-centred and outcome-focused.

Our role is to encourage independence, build confidence, and support daily living, while always respecting personal choices, rights and privacy.
